Amélie Burdin

Painter born in 1834 in Lyon. Pupil in Paris of Arsène d'Haussy, Chaplin and Robert Fleury. She exhibited in Paris from 1861 to 1867. She was fascinated by ports at the end of the 19th century and painted those of Nantes, Bordeaux and Le Havre from different points of view.
