Saint-Thurien, also called Saint Turiau, was a bishop in Dol de Bretagne in the 7th century. Also known as Thuriaf, Thurian, Thuriave, Thivisien, Thivisian, perhaps also Thivisiau. Although he is not one of the seven Breton founding saints, Saint Thuriau is one of the dozen or so national Breton saints whose cult is widespread throughout Brittany. He is celebrated on 13 July.
